Novation Dicer USB Serato Controller
Hi I’m DJ Mic Mayhem, I like to talk smack about how crappy peoples albums are and how much they failed at life but I would like to take a moment out of being sarcastic and talk about something near and dear to my heart. If you guessed Justin Bieber I’ll give you a few minutes to get the hell off my blog thanks. No silly, I meant DeeJaying.
Novation just released a new DJ controller for all you turntableristastical people out there the few and the proud of us who are left. We don’t have many fancy buttons on our wheels of steel besides start and stop, and we don’t have any fancy lights anywhere because we like to keep it that way. Well I shouldn’t say we because there are plenty of non purist out there who are itching for something like this, I am not one of them however. It seems a bit ridiculous to put a usb button pad on your turntables to hit a cue alleviating the pressures of reaching 15 inches to your laptop. I don’t know that is just me, I can’t knock it though, I haven’t tried it yet so if anybody at Novation is listening send me one to review and I’ll see if this changes my mind.
Ohh and it costs $99 *shrugs*
